  This location is hands down the greatest location. Mike is the most patient and helpful associate they have. His customer service is above and beyond what I would have ever anticipated. I will only go to Mike from now on with any and all concerns I have.

  Dana was so great. She was kind and patient with helping me get all my data transferred over to my new phone. She offered a free bill analysis to make sure I wasn’t over paying on my services. She even got me a really good deal on my television services. Will be going back to see her again.

  We had the pleasure of working with Dee. It was by far the best customer service experience we have ever had. He spent 3 1/2 hours helping my dad switch over from Sprint to my plan. He was extremely knowledgeable and EXTREMELY patient with us. Not once did he make us feel unwelcomed or rushed. He explained everything in great detail to us about each of our phones. He made sure we knew how to use our new phones and made sure all of our info transferred from our old phones. He was by far the best At&t representative we have ever worked with. My husband and I went back the next day to get his new phone from Dee. He stayed 30 mins past closing time to help us. On all transactions he gave us all the discounts allowed. Ask for Dee when needing to upgrade or for any service, you won't be sorry.
