  Facilities are nice which is about it. We signed up for a free class to try it out. From the get go, the whole process was rushed and I felt like cattle being herded to my destination. Never getting any explanation or being treated as an individual. The instructor never took the time to get to know me or my baby and ask about out history. Instead, we were thrown into an obviously routinely practiced class session which I have never done. In doing the circle thing (in what felt like a tiny bathtub because they only block off a little corner of the pool) I tripped several times holding my baby and was bumped into by other parents who had obviously been going there for a while. The instructor was not knowledgeable and didn't bother to help me or my baby with understanding things. I had to excuse myself and my child to the side several times because I did not know what was going on and the fact this was our first time. The message I got from the instructor and staff is that they aren't there to teach you how to swim and be comfortable in the water, they are there to merely play for 30 minutes in a rushed manner and they are going to work in as many classes as possible. Seems like they are only profit driven. The icing on the cake is that when I tried to bring my concerns and experiences to the manager on duty "Nathan", it was received with sarcasm and snide remarks from him. It took him over 5 minutes to even come over and talk to us, no sense of urgency what so ever. He seemed that he could care less that I had a poor experience and he was very defensive. But he definitely had time to flirt with the girls on staff and offer to provide the corporate office's phone number to tell them how I felt. I will not be returning and spending my money with a company who CLEARLY puts profits over providing a valuable life saving service to their customers. NISD and Love to Swim and Tumble both offer swim lessons and provide far better customer service. Save your time and money and look else where. ***Update, there were no discrepancies from the video footage. The owner Arlette called me and told me that she did not ask for my business and does not want it. Please be aware when dealing with this owner and business. They have a clear disconnect from what customer service means and are very petty to their customers. Blessed to have found a better establishment***

  My grand daughter attends this school. You won't find a better staff and facility that truly cares for your child. Going to Aqua Tots is the highlight of her day. She is turning into "a little fish". Love watching her learn and applying new skillls.

  Really overpriced and a waste of money. You're better off taking your kids to the YMCA. It gives the air of superior quality...but your basically paying for that "air". It's great if your the kind of parent who has lots of expendable cash and coddles your children so much that they are in charge. If anything, the way they approach swimming actually makes children more afraid of the water. The basically reinforce their fears by creating so much drama and making a huge deal out of everything. Their business model is designed to keep your kids from swimming for as long as possible so that you will pay more. Honestly, it's a HUGE waste of money.
